• We do not hold, transfer, or process gambling funds

3. No Guarantee of Profits

TrueVig provides analytical tools based on mathematical models and publicly available data. Past performance of any betting strategy, model, or pick does not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves inherent risk, and users may lose money. The identification of a "+EV" (positive expected value) bet indicates a statistical edge based on our models, but individual outcomes are uncertain. 7. Subscription and Billing

TrueVig offers both free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends

8. Affiliate Disclosure

TrueVig may contain links to third-party sportsbooks, including but not limited to DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, ESPN BET, and BetRivers. These links may be affiliate links, meaning TrueVig may earn a commission if you sign up or place bets through these links. This does not affect the objectivity of our analytics or the odds data we present. Affiliate relationships do not influence which sportsbooks are recommended or which odds are highlighted.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, algorithms, models, designs, and code that comprise the TrueVig Service are owned by TrueVig and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without prior written permission
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit TrueVig data or analysis without authorization
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueVig, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated savings from betting activities
• Financial losses incurred from bets placed using information from our Service
• Errors, inaccuracies, or delays in odds data or analysis
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any odds data, analytics, or projections. Odds data is sourced from third-party providers and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
